Ed Jackson - Managing Director

With 13 years of experience in the general insurance industry, Ed has had a number of roles, consistently earning recognition for his work. Notably, he won 'Best broker for General Insurance' at the Mortgage Strategy awards.

Ed's passion to deliver world-class customer service led him to bring Nest to life. His vision for Nest is rooted in providing not just insurance solutions, but a straightforward and transparent experience for anyone seeking expert advice.

When Ed isn't working, you’ll find him with his young family, often exploring many different soft play areas or embarking on adventures at the zoo!

James Taylor - Senior Consultant

Full of passion and professionalism, James takes huge pride in delivering top-notch customer service.

Nest's go-to insurance guru! James also provides invaluable support to the rest of our advisers for complex non-standard and commercial business.

But wait, there's more! Beyond the spreadsheets and phone calls, James enjoys long walks in the Somerset countryside and soaking up the sunshine with his partner Mo and his four legged friend Calvin.

Ryan Kuzmiak - General Insurance Consultant

Before devoting his work fulltime to Nest GI, Ryan previously worked as a specialist within the credit referencing industry. A keen learner, he recently self-funded and studied his AAT qualification to further his understanding in a variety of topics within the financial industry.

A client focused and welcoming individual; Ryan’s aim is delivering service with a passion and always welcomes a challenge.

Outside of work you may find Ryan either in the gym or at his weekly detox with his barber.

Lawrence White - Sales Manager

Lawrence joined Nest fresh out of University where he studied Team Entrepreneurship at University West of England. In which where he led a team of 18 people for 3 years and also learnt to drink his own body weight in 2 for 1 cocktails!

He has always had a passion around business culture where he believes the company should give the best service to everyone it interacts with and has enjoyed helping to sculpt this within Nest.

In Lawrence’s free time you can often find him on the ski slopes or shouting fore on a golf course with his friends and family.

Phil Butler - General Insurance Consultant

Phil brings a great mixture of experience and youth to Nest GI. As well as having 8 years of customer service experience behind him, he also has a good knowledge of mechanical design & engineering...he has even designed a part for a plane (don’t let that put you off flying though!)

In his spare time, you will find him hitting 180s on a dart board or following his beloved Weston Super Mare FC around the south of England.

Dan White- General Insurance Consultant

With a background in compliance and several years spent working in the mortgage industry, Daniel has an attention to detail and always ensures every clients specific needs are catered for.

Enthusiastic, friendly and a good sense of humour too, you can be assured that you will get a high quality service that will leave you knowing you have been truly looked after and have a policy that meets your specific needs.
